Berkeley Homes The Peninsular, Gillingham

Following a competitive pitch, we were awarded the second phase of this award-winning development, which included a name for this phase of the development, in keeping with the first phase. We were also asked to produce marketing materials specifically for the overseas market.

Our Approach

Having created a name for this phase of the scheme that was in keeping with the existing development name, we produced a suite of materials including a brochure, press adverts, emailers, way finding and marketing suite graphics. As a result, we were awarded the marketing brief for the third phase of development and are brand guardians for the development.
