We worked with M&G Real Estate to create a new brand for Bankside Mix, positioning it as a leisure and retail destination and raising the profile of the scheme. The brand solution needed to maintain a food & beverage focus but attract a more premium operator.
In order to inform our design objectives, we first defined the values and vision of the brand, undertook competitor analysis and determined the target audience. We then developed a new identity, as well as designing and building a new consumer-facing website and producing a brochure for the scheme. Bankside Mix has been successfully repositioned as a modern leisure and retail destination. Footfall has increased and there has been a shift in customer demographics, with more cash rich consumers attracted to the destination.
