Jamm Living, The Pinnacle, Muswell Hill

When Jamm Living set about the marketing of the first new build homes in the town centre for over 60 years, they wanted materials that reflected the significance of the offer. 

 

Our Approach

As well as a new website, we created a ‘Lifestyle Pack’ that comprised three separate brochures housed in an attractive folder. The first point of difference was the size, at under A4 and over A5, the second was the choice of board for the folder, giving it modern, urban feel. Brochure one was dedicated to describing the lifestyle the area delivered and the quality of the build. Brochures two and three contained detailed floor plans for the houses and the apartments.
