Transport for London appoints The Completely Group to enhance its commercial property portfolio

TfL owns over 1,000 retail properties at Tube, rail and bus stations and 1,200 arches under its railway lines. When properties become vacant, The Completely Group will highlight the property using their online channels ensuring properties are not left empty for long.
The partnership will enable TfL to improve its commercial activity by showcasing leasing opportunities through the UKs largest commercial property listings network and ensuring the properties are occupied. The property marketing group’s sites, and  collectively attract in excess of 150,000 visits a month and boast over 25,000 registered users presenting a good opportunity for retailers to find out more about trading in some of London’s key locations with high footfall at Tube stations. TfL's transport network carries an average of over 27 million journeys every day.
