This year’s Completely Trade, Industrial & Logistics Marketplace is going to feature a full and frank debate between property providers and occupiers.
The point for discussion is whether the property business is really giving occupiers what they want.
In a debate chaired by Estates Gazette, four major occupiers will go head-to-head with four property providers in what should prove to be an absorbing session.
Matthew Whittaker of DHL who will be on the occupier panel commented: “Ultimately, the needs of occupiers and property providers have to be aligned. Any opportunity to further the conversation as to what that relationship looks like in today’s market is to be welcomed”.
Now in its second year, the ground-breaking one-day marketplace event aims to bring occupiers and the property sector together in an intensive format which provides an extremely efficient means of discussing mutual interests and promoting property opportunities.

Occupiers represent a huge range of workplace requirements with everything from major logistics operations to food preparation and the storage of fine art.
